‘Half Hour to Health’
We run regular FREE workshops for all our patients and their families and friends. These sessions are designed to help you get well and stay well, saving you time and money.
The topics under discussion are always changing and incorporate the latest research.

How to look after your spine in terms of sleeping, posture, weight lifting and nutrition. |
| Sport Chiropractic: |
How to avoid injuries and reach your full potential |
| Women’s chiropractic health: |
Looking at women’s issues such as osteoporosis, pregnancy and menopause. |
| Kid’s chiropractic health: |
Kids can give their spines a hard time with various slips, knocks and falls. We look at things like kids and sport, how to carry school bags and issues such as ADD and ear infections. |
| Stress: |
We live in a stressful society and often don’t realise how stressed we are. At this workshop we look at the physical, chemical and emotional causes and show you some strategies to deal with it. |
